Meet The Chef




Having spent 30 years in the technology arena it was time to move on and begin my second career pursuing the art of cooking.

As a teenager I always enjoyed cooking.  A career in culinary would have been my first choice however, culinary schools were not as prevalent as they are today and moving to another state was not an option.  Computers were cool and who would have know that the computer thing would last this long!

 
I attended the Institute of Culinary Arts at Robert Morris College and graduated with honors with an Associates of Applied Science degree in Culinary Arts.

 
I am a member of the American Personal & Private Chef Association.  I am licensed, insured, and certified in food safety.
